[Men's and male-read persons' sharing circle]
At our last Impact of Women event, we noticed something: few men or male-read individuals were present to celebrate women's success. But we know you are part of our community—men and male-read individuals that care about a society that fosters gender equality and diversity.
You might be a father of a daughter. You might care deeply about your partner or other women in your life. You might simply want to be part of a future that works for everyone -including men like yourself. Because gender equality isn’t just about women – it’s about all of us. It’s about being able to ask for help at work without fear of judgment. About not having to hide insecurities behind strength and ego. It’s about easing the constant pressure to perform and pretend you're alright. It's about reconnecting with your emotions – maybe even allowing yourself to cry again. And it’s about your son, who’s struggling at school, and the feeling that you're slowly losing touch with him.
So, what does new masculinity look like in a changing world—especially in the workplace?
If you’re a man who wants to be part of a shift toward a more balanced and inclusive future, this space is for you. Because we need all of us to create a world that truly works—for every gender, every energy, every human.
This event is not about blame or teaching—it’s about discovering together.
This is your invitation to a space to explore questions like...
- What is your experience with the topic?
- What might be fears around it, for you or others?
- Where do you fit into all of this, how can you contribute to a world that works for all?
- Is it okay to have doubts? To not have all the answers?
- What do you need to make a real impact in gender equality at work?
- ...and any topic in this realm you would like to share and talk about!
