This is the registration site to register a general admission ticket for ABAPConf 2025 in Vienna. Tickets will be assigned by draw. Register by joining the waitlist to enter the draw and win a free ticket. Only for Vienna!

To participate in person, onsite at ABAPConf 2025 in Vienna, 4. & 5. June, a valid ticket is needed. A limited number of tickets is available This is the registration (via waitlist) to apply for a ticket for ABAPConf 2025 in Vienna. A ticket is only needed when you want to participation on-site!

How to get a ticket for ABAPConf 2025 Vienna

Detailed registration process

  1. Tickets are assigned by draw.
  2. To participate in the draw, register here: Join the waitlist.
  3. You will enter the waitlist. Please join only once.
  4. After entering the waitlist: wait for the phase to enter the draw to end.
  5. The final day to enter the draw is planned to be around end of March
  6. Winners will be informed by email from Eventbrite
  7. Please confirm that you can participate. To do so, claim your ticket for ABAPConf 2025 Vienna onsite participation. The confirmation mail is valid only for a few days and will expire. If you do not claim your ticket it will be assinged to a person on the waitlist.
  8. Your registration ticket will expire after a days. If you do not claim your ticket in that time, it will be voided and given to the next person on the waitlist.
  9. After claming your ticket, you will get further onsite event specific information from the ABAPConf orga team.

ABAPConf 2025 Vienna is a 2 day event, hosting 1 content track (channel 2) with 2 keynotes, location sponsor keynote, ask an expert and content sessions from the community. ABAPConf is about ABAP and Fiori.

Do I need a ticket?

To be able to participate in person, on site at ABAPConf Vienna, a valid ticket is needed.

How to get a ticket?

Register here to enter the waitlist and to enter the draw. The draw results will be announced end of March. Only tickets that are assigned to winners of the draw are valid.

Is this ticket valid for all locations?

The ticket you can win here is only valid for Vienna, Austria

How much does the ticket cost?

Nothing. It is a free ticket: general admission.

Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?

Depends. Details will be discussed personally via e-mail

How many tickets are available and can I apply tickets for my team?

In Vienna we have space for around 80 people in total. Each participant must enter the draw individually. In case some people of a team were selected, a few not: get in touch with us. Maybe we can find a solution (via email).

How do I get in contact with you?

How do I register?

Join the waitlist. This is the only way to enter the draw for a real ticket.

Can I add my name several times to increase my chances?

You can, but: we wil be looking for duplicates and if we find one, the chances to win a ticket and to be able to participate won't increase. If you entered yourself more than one time by accident, write us an email.

How do I cancel my waitlist entry?

Seems that Eventbrit does not allow for someone to manage waitlist entries. Therefore, you might not be able to cancel your waitlist registration. To get your name off the waitlist, get in contact with us.

I want to participate online

No need to register for onsite, in person participation ticket, nor for any other co-location. ABAPConf 2025 will be stream live on YouTube.
