Der Spaß beginnt in kleiner Runde, bei der wir die anderen motivierten Teilnehmer kennenlernen - Direkt im Anschluss schmeißen wir uns dann gemeinsam in Kleingruppen ins Vergnügen und überraschen uns und andere mit den lustigen Übungen zur Erweiterung der Komfortzone!
