Bookings for face yoga weekly classes in Vienna are open! Every Wednesday at 18:30 for about an hour. 💆‍♀️


In these classes, You will learn to activate, work, and relax your facial muscles.

At home, you will continue practicing the routine - sculpt, lift, and tone your face contours until our next session. Each session is designed for different face area, according to your face needs.
To remove wrinkles, we will smooth them with effective massages at the end of the class.
I made this program to create goddesses out of each one of you ✨

I am Katka - Your Face Yoga Coach.
Why practice with me? I guide you step by step, helping you become aware of your facial muscles. I will teach you great face and head massages, correct your poses, support you with variations tailored to your needs, and offer the massive benefit of being part of a community of other beauties. Learning together is healing! 👯‍♀️


We will also use a high-quality guasha stones, and silicone cups, which you can purchase and continue practicing at home.

I am Katka Sedlak, a 37-year-old certified face yoga coach based in beautiful Vienna, Austria.

Three years ago, I embarked on my face yoga journey. After completing an intensive 6-month face yoga certification course, I discovered the joy of helping women not only sculpt their external face appearance but also embrace holistic wellness. For my clients, I always take a look at their nutrition, mental mindset, and physical exercise to raise their overall vibrance. After all, true beauty radiates from within.
