About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours

The new EU regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) will introduce a new legal framework for crypto business models starting on December 30, 2024. But which companies will actually fall under MiCA - and which will not?
In our event, we will explore both sides.

In two engaging presentations, we will first address the challenges faced by MiCA-regulated companies. We will then attempt to draw a clear line between business models that are and that are not covered by MiCA. In the final panel discussion, we will hear from companies operating in this unregulated space.
