Social Impact Award Summit 2024

Welcome to the Social Impact Award Summit 2024! Join us from November 27-29 for a transformative three-day experience themed "Shaping Tomorrow, Together," hosted in partnership with SAP at their headquarters in St. Leon-Rot and with the City of Mannheim.

With over 200 participants from 19 countries, this year's Summit will feature inspiring talks, interactive workshops, and invaluable networking opportunities—a truly global gathering where diverse ideas and experiences come together to drive social innovation.

The SIA Summit 2024 will be held entirely in English. Details on the agenda and speakers will be available soon at https://sia.click/summit.

Frequently asked questions

When does the program officially start?

Opening Ceremony is on Wednesday, November 27. Tuesday (November 26) is the arrival day, and Saturday (November 30) is the departure day.

Is it possible to refund the ticket if I don't get the visa?

If your visa application is declined, we have a policy in place to provide a refund for your ticket purchase. We understand that visa rejections can be disappointing and inconvenient, so we want to assure you that we're committed to offering a solution in such situations.

Do we have breakfast in the hotel?

Yes, the breakfast will be served in your hotel from November 27 until November 30. Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner will be served in the cafeteria in the same buildings where the program will be taking place from November 27 until November 29.

Will transportation be provided between event venues and the hotel?

Yes, given that this year’s event spans multiple venues, organized transport will be arranged to ensure that you can easily reach each location.
