This knowledge will help you to create a common direction within the team and thus ensure transparency that involves everyone involved and contributes to goal achievement.

2. Effective progress reporting and communication

Learn how to present and track progress toward strategic goals in a structured and transparent manner. Using regular check-ins and progress reports will help you make updates and successes visible to everyone, enabling continuous feedback and targeted adjustments.

3. Data-based decision making
